Handmade in my New York studio from a thrifted Calvin Klein men’s shirt, additional thrifted fabric and recycled floral buttons, this one-of-a-kind top was completely taken apart, recut and reconstructed into a new baby-doll silhouette.

Gray-and-white stripes change direction across the bodice, sleeves and gathered lower section, giving the neutral fabric subtle dimension. A softly ruffled square neckline, short sleeves and fuller-bust shaping create a romantic, easy-to-wear shape without feeling overly sweet.

This is a newly handmade garment created from reclaimed clothing and textiles—not a ready-made shirt with a ruffle added.

CARE

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle using mild detergent. Hang or lay flat to dry. Do not bleach or use high heat.
